Shipping
Items are shipped standard ground via a domestic carrier
such as UPS, USPS or FedEx. Shipping insurance is optional, but available and must be requested at the time of sale.
Payment
We encourage the use of PayPal for a safe and secure transaction. We can accept Personal Checks, and Money Orders upon approval. Please contact us prior to ordering in these cases.
Caution
Grand Piano's are extremely heavy and we highly recommend that two strong people lift the piano slowly and carefully, while a third person slides the caster cup into the desired position. Then slowly lower the piano onto the center of the cup.
